Tell me about a time when you had to
get help from someone who you do not normally interact with. What did you do ?
I received a call from a customer about his
wrong mobile balance deduction. He was labour and want his
money back. I checked my system and found wrong deduction on it. If I launched
the complaint, it will take two days to get back his balance. With his
permission I requested him to put the call on hold and went to
the follow up team manager to whom we normally do not interact. Informed him
about the situation and requested him to post the deducted amount. He requested
me to send him an email and inform customer that he will get his mobile balance
within thirty minutes. I did the same and customer ended the call
happily. So in this situation, I got the help
from someone to whom I did not normally interact with.
