Tell me about a time when you had to explain something you knew well to someone who had difficulty understanding you. What did you do ?
My job was in customer services
department. Company launch new promos, make changes in S.O.P but it was very
difficult for team members to remember them. I decided to prepare a file in
which I would write complete call flow, complaint handling procedure and
information about new promos. After creating that file I forward it to all my
team members. Now when a customer
asks about new promos or complaints about any issue with my team members
were facilitated to the customers from that
file.
