I was
working as a customer care representative in our office. Mr. xyz our valued
customer visited in our office and decided to change his mobile network due to
weak signal problem. When he has done talking, I summarized what I have heard
and asked any question to further clarify his complaint. I said sorry you are not happy with
services let see what I can do to make the things better. I found that the SIM card he was using was very old and
damaged. I decided to issue him a new SIM card. With new SIM card his mobile network problem resolved immediately.
He appreciated me and decided not to change his mobile network company. For me he was a valued
customer for my company and I want him to be in (company name).
